Trans-Web specialises in the design and manufacture of textile lifting and lashing systems, and personal protective equipment against falling from a height.  The company’s well-earned reputation has established it as a market leader in its field.

Commitment to quality

Trans-Web’s policy is to manufacture high quality products to meet the increased demand for safety in both the national and international markets.  It is committed to quality management, and all manufacturing procedures are guaranteed, having been assessed to BS EN ISO 9001.  Its policy of commitment to research, development and testing is constantly being assessed to meet international standards.  This, combined with the BS ISO 9001 standard ensures that the customer has absolute assurance of product quality. 

All trans-Web systems are manufactured from certified quality raw materials.  The finished products are subject to sample destruction testing or proof loading in accordance with current manufacturing standards.  Trans-Web products are manufactured to the appropriate European standards.

Manufacture and Testing

Trans-Web products are subjected to rigorous quality control procedures during all stages of production.  From yarn input to final product, quality procedures conform to BS EN ISO 9001.

Webbings are designed for strength, durability and minimum elongation.  Combined with special coatings and colouring, webbings are manufactured to suit the most arduous conditions of use.  The lashing systems combine webbing with high quality steel fittings, ensuring load safety and security during transportation.

Research and Development

Trans-Web pursues a policy of commitment to research and development, continually expanding and developing its product range.  It therefore reserves the right to change products or product specification without prior notice.  Specification of products for the overseas market may be varied to meet local requirements and legislation.
