Fall Arrest Blocks

Fall arrest equipment includes retractable fall arrest blocks that gives the user freedom of movement over a large area.

Trans-Web supplies an extensive range of fall arrest blocks to provide safe working conditions for heights of 5m (16ft) to 30m (100ft), designed for use in conjunction with other height safety products.

Fall arrest block

Webbing/wire Codes SRB-1/W; SRB-2/G

State of the art fall arrest blocks that are extremely robust yet light and easy to use. Manufactured to BS EN 360.

Features:

• High impact mono block aluminium casing
• Will arrest a fall within 0.6m
• Non-asbestos brake mechanism
• Unit sealed yet easy to maintain
• Each lifeline tested and certified
• 25mm webbing or 5mm wire rope can be used
• Stitched load indicator on webbing models
• Length 5m

Fall arrest block wire Code SRB-3/G

Features:

• High impact mono block aluminium casing
• Will arrest a fall within 0.6m
• Non-asbestos brake mechanism
• Unit sealed yet easy to maintain
• Each lifeline tested and certified
• Uses 5mm galvanised wire rope
• Fitted with swivel load indicators

The above blocks can be supplied with stainless steel wires. Each is individually numbered and supplied with ‘Instructions for use’ and ‘Inspection record’ card.
